The HLSS Hot Strike High-Angle Ball Joint set provides increased steering angle and quicker steering response for drift and high-angle applications on 1998–2005 Lexus GS300's / GS400's / GS430's & 1997–2005 Toyota Aristo's.
Our modified front lower ball joints have shown approximately a 23% increase in steering angle over stock while retaining a direct bolt-on installation. Each set starts with new, high-quality front lower ball joints that are professionally welded in a fixture to ensure proper fitment and consistency.

Tie Rod Requirements
These high-angle ball joints change the steering geometry and require 0.5" additional tie rod length over stock.
HLSS adjustable outer tie rods are available in multiple lengths to properly correct front toe alignment with stock or extended lower control arm setups.
For maximum steering angle and wheel clearance, pair these ball joints with HLSS extended front lower control arms and adjustable outer tie rods.
Wear and Maintenance
Ball joints are a wear item and will require periodic inspection and eventual replacement. Modified suspension geometry can place additional stress on steering and suspension components.
HLSS does not warranty the service life of ball joints.
Installation
Professional installation and a front-end alignment are recommended.
Verify ball joint, tie rod, wheel, tire, brake line and suspension clearance throughout the complete range of steering travel and suspension movement.
