Shipping policy

Shipping times will vary based on products and availability. Some products are made to order, and while most do not, some may take up to 3 weeks to ship from our facility. The shipping time on the "check out" page, under "shipping method" is an estimate of actual shipping time once picked up by the carrier from HLSS. All shipments out of the USA may be subject to customs fees and/or import duty fees. HLSS is not responsible for these charges and is solely the buyers responsibility to acknowledge these potential fees prior to making a purchase off of this website. These fees our out of HLSS hands and is dictated by the country of the recipient.
